Seamless and Welded Alloy Pipe and Tube

The benefits of alloy steel pipe include its tensile strength, yield strength, fatigue resistance, toughness, and wear resistance. As suppliers of seamless and welded alloy steel pipe, Federal Steel specializes in ‘chrome moly’ SA335 piping in grades P5, P9, P11, P22, and P91. Chrome moly power piping is used extensively in power plants throughout the world.  In addition to SA335, other specifications we offer include A519 and rolled and welded pipe in A-691. Alloy piping products are available in outer diameters through 60” (OD) and up to 4” wall thickness.

Stainless Steel Pipe and Tube

Stainless steel pipe has many remarkable attributes including corrosion resistance, high strength, durability, and machinability. Federal Steel stocks stainless steel piping in outer diameters (OD) of ¼” – 48”. We offer stainless steel seamless steel pipe and welded pipe in wall thickness up through 1.500”.

API 5L X52 X56 X60 X65 and X70 - PSL1 PSL2.

The API SPEC 5L specification provides standards for pipe suitable for use in conveying gas, water, and oil in the natural gas and oil industries. The API SPEC 5L covers seamless and welded steel line pipe. It includes plain-end, threaded-end, and belled-end pipe, as well as through-the-flowline (TFL) pipe, and pipe with ends prepared for use with special couplings. We offer a full range of API 5L X52 PSL-1 & PSL-2 line pipe in seamless.
